Technology Sales Representative (Local India)
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad-India
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales/Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Technology Sales Representative to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our technology services, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential customers for technology services.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technology sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in selling IT services.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
  • Strong understanding of technology domain in Security, Enterprise Mobile Security, Networking IP services, Wireless, and Cloud Infrastructure and Automation is preferred.
  • Experience in developing new accounts, growing them and taking care of account management.
  • Experience in Pre-sales and proposal development.
  • Good knowledge in preparing presentations.
  • Knowledge of different engagement models of IT Services.
