Has good experience (8 years) in Hardware design, development and testing. Good communication skills. Has good experience in Electronic components and Board design (Application specific Multi core SoC). Has good experience in communication protocols (MODBUS, RS485, CAN, SPI, USB) and Cellular modem. Has good experience in Interfacing with Sensors, Solenoids, Valves and Electro-Mechanical Components (Motor, Pump, Relays). Experience in PCB Specs/Constraints design and CAD Layout design Co-ordination/Optimization. Co-ordination across Software/Firmware (HW-SW Interface) Development/Diagnostics/Integration and EE-ME Interface designs. Compliance standards understanding and coordination with test labs across various geographic locations. Design/Review (DFx) for Regulatory (EMI/EMC) and Reliability Compliance Standards, Certification support. Value Engineering and Analysis. Bring-Up/Diagnostics/DVT, Performance/Margin/Corner testing, Parametric/Compliance evaluation for Wired/Wireless Ports, Power Supply Testing. To collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand business objectives and work with them to integrate design thinking into software or product development. To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals. To present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback. To establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
