Must create & improve Documentation Must have Tech talent Recruitment experience (ex - Node js) Campus recruitment experience Experience in Appraisals Excellent communication skills & people management,Orientation, communication, training, empowering, reporting, Human capital resource management. Desired skills and Experience: Must be from a good University, with MBA in HR. Good understanding of Team management Minimum 4-7 Years of experience and Should be a Graduate in MBA-HR discipline.
