Base Location Mumbai Direct reports Job Requirements Candidate must have good communication and negotiation skill. Should be proficient in MS Office packages. Experience working in SAP is an added advantage. Role and Responsibilities Responsible for all HR related functions Recruitment & Induction and Maintaining Personnel Files and other documentation To ensure all statutory compliance under various laws Training and Development of all employees Wage & salary administration. Compensation Management Liaison with statutory & govt. Agencies Time office management Develop and implement policies and procedure for smooth functioning Preparation and monitoring of HR budget Preparing monthly, quarterly reports (MIS)
