Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and workforce development.
Partner with leadership to support organizational change and culture-building efforts.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical roles within the edible oil sector.
Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, especially in production, supply chain, and sales functions.
Design and implement performance management systems.
Drive succession planning and leadership development for key positions.
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Ensure HR policies comply with local labour laws and industry regulations.
Develop and track key HR metrics to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR performance and insights.
All Licence follow ups.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the edible oil sector.
Proven track record in talent management, change management, and employee engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Preferred: Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
