Administration, Absence management, Oracle Time and labor. Should be well versed with AIM methodology Should be familiar with ITIL process Should have experience creating requirement documents and specifications , doing system testing in Oracle Fusion projects Should have experience in setting up enterprise structure, workforce structure, employee self-service and manager self-service. Knowledge of handing interfaces is a must. Should be good in incident management, problem management. Knowledge of using a ticketing tool would be an plus like Manage engine service desk plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
