Nature of Job:
You will be a member of a medical palliative care team comprising one doctor, two nurses, and one psycho-social counsellor. You will visit patients at their homes. There, you will provide compassionate and expert nursing care, under the guidance of the team doctor, so as to relieve their pain and manage their symptoms, ensuring that they have quality of life and die in dignity. You will be assigned a zone close to your home to minimize travel time to patients. This is a 9:30 am to 5:30 p.m. job leaving your evenings free.

Qualification:
A GNM (General Nurse Midwifery) diploma or BSc degree in Nursing, from a recognised institution in India with at least 2 years experience preferably in a hospital. We are however willing to consider freshers who demonstrate initiative and are committed to palliative care/pain management.

Senior Nurse, PALCARE

Remuneration:
Your salary will be generous and commensurate with your years of experience. The position is in Mumbai. Accommodation is not provided and applicants must make their own arrangements.

• Effective communication skills, preferably in English/Hindi/Marathi.
• Dedication to the job and hard working.
• Prepared to undergo specialised training and regular refresher courses thereon.
• Should be willing to make a commitment to the organization for a minimum of 2 years.
