Job Description – Sales Manager (Steel Industry)

  • Lead B2B sales and business development for raw steel products (TMT Bars, MS Billets, MS Sheets, etc.)

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through field visits, networking, and marketing

  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely deliveries across multiple locations

  • Plan and oversee dispatch operations, transportation, and logistics

  • Handle all sales documentation: MRN/GRN, LR, E-Way Bills, Debit/Credit Notes

  • Monitor vehicle movement, freight costs, and packaging standards

  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to drive revenue growth

  • Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless operations

  • Maintain transparency and accuracy in freight and sales documentation

  • Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance brand reach and customer base

  • Must have 8–15 years of sales experience in the steel industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills required

  • Willingness to travel and work independently is essential
