• Conceptualize and Design: Develop visual concepts and designs for a variety of pharma-focused advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Creative, Copy, and Account Management teams to ensure designs align with client objectives and regulatory guidelines.
• Adapt Branding Guidelines: Interpret and apply brand guidelines across all creative executions to maintain consistency and uphold brand integrity.
• Oversee Project Execution: From ideation to final production, oversee the execution of design projects and ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of design trends, especially within pharma advertising, to produce innovative and effective designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards for pharma advertising, and manage quality control across all creative outputs.

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a pharma advertising agency or healthcare-related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that demonstrates expertise in pharma/healthcare-related design and advertising.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
